Telephoning To contact a patient at UniMed, you may call their room directly by dialing 857-2 (the digits of their room number). For example, if the patient is in Room Number 431, you would dial 857-2431.
If you do not know the number of the room, call 857-2000 and ask for the patient by name.
Visiting You may go directly to the patient room or you may stop at the Patient Assistance desk (is this the correct term? in the front lobby if you need assistance.
Visiting hours run till 8:30p.m. everyday.
Gifts If you would like to order flowers, a balloon bouquet, or a personal gift for the patient and have it delivered to the room, call the Hospital Gift Shop at 701-857-2049 or 1-800-247-1316 and ask for extension 2049.
Confidentiality Information on patients' conditions is not released over the telephone to anyone other than immediate family members. If you would like to know how a patient is doing, please contact an immediate family member.
